Sugar is not your friend.
Healthy fats are. Low fat = high sugar.
Carbs, you need to find the right ratio for you.
Processed carbs, aren’t doing anyone any favours. Google carbaholic.
Gluten and dairy can be problematic, and are best had in moderation.
Alternatives to sugar are mostly toxic. Yes diet soda that means you.
Large food corporations are part of the problem, we don’t like them.
Hormones govern everything. Learn about how they work.
If you go off the rails, don’t feel guilty about it.
